How We Process Orders

- Once your order status changes from "New" to "Processed", it means your order has begun the fulfillment process.
Cancelling Your Order
- If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and your order status is still "New", we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- If your order status has changed to "Processed" (even within the first 24 hours), cancellation is no longer possible because your order is already being prepared for shipment.
What if I Can’t Cancel My Order?
